Senior Operations and Supply Chain Analyst for Pune, India Office

Job Description:

As a Senior Operations and Supply Chain Analyst at a company, you will be part of a dynamic team that addresses the operational and supply chain management challenges faced by our clients. This role involves working with big data and analytics and focuses on demand planning and supply chain management. You will have exposure to a wide range of analytical tools, including SAS, Python, Power BI, and other demand planning/forecasting and machine learning tools and techniques.

Skills Required:

1. Master's degree in statistics, Finance, Suply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related field.
2. Three or more years of professional experience, preferably in Operations, General Business, Finance, Computer Science, or any related area.
3. Experience in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in data analysis tools, along with report development using Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Access, are preferred.
4. Strong understanding of business mechanics, including process flows within operations and supply chain.
5. Excellent command of the English language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
6. Prior experience in interacting with and managing clients regularly.
7. Ability to identify and manage operational risks while making timely escalations. 
8. Exposure to Python or any other programming language is considered a plus.
