Junior Operations Analyst for Pune, India Office

Job Description:

A Junior Operations Analyst will be responsible for data analysis, supply chain modeling, and reporting.

This Analyst will get tremendous exposure to business analysis using statistical methods. This position would be ideal for new graduates with an excellent GPA and academic records and some internship experience that involved analytics. Some prior experience with statistical software packages is a plus but not required.

Skills Required:

1. Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position.
2. The candidate should be comfortable in conversations involving rapid English with client personnel and colleagues that are located across the globe and those who speak in different accents.
3. Experience or certification with SAS or other analytical software programs such as R or programming languages such as Python will put you on top of the list.

5. The candidate will be working with our US operations and must be prepared to work an afternoon to evening shift with work hours ranging anywhere from 1 pm to 11 pm IST.
